Recently I’ve felt stressed and overwhelmed, especially with finances.

That stress has spilled into everything — I’ve eaten poorly (and that’s putting it lightly). Even with the awareness, I haven’t made the changes I know I should.

I’ve given soulful advice to others, but I haven’t been letting the soul lead me, for me. Only in the way of my calling — sharing truth to help others.

That changes tomorrow.

From Monday, I’m choosing to lead by example. To begin working on myself — my mind, body, and soul — not just in words, but in practice.

For the next week, my commitment is simple:

  • Mind & Spirit → 10 minutes of meditation each day. Sometimes I’ll focus on one thought, sometimes only the breath, and sometimes I’ll let my mind wander freely — but always with awareness and intent.

  • Body → Training daily using a program written by a personal trainer and generally aiming to be more active as well as cutting out excess calories. Ill log my intake and aim for 2500 calories a day

  • Soul → Allowing it to guide me through these practices, listening for where it leads and avoiding any harmful media. like doomscrolling or getting caught in the doom and gloom of the news etc.

And every Sunday I’ll report back — what I’ve done, where I’ve slipped, and how I feel as a result. I promise to be honest and open, hiding nothing.

I hope that by sharing my own journey of self-work and exploration, I’ll encourage others to begin theirs too.
